The hotel is situated on the most beautiful tranquil beach, with kilometers of untouched nature and clean water. The rooms are smaller than what we reserved but still comfortable. However, the hotel's policy regarding the shuttle service can be problematic if you need flexibility. The location couldn't be more perfect for a peaceful getaway.
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious with a huge bathroom, good bedroom, and a nice balcony with comfortable lounge chairs, but I specifically requested not to stay in a certain area again. The service was overall good, with some missed expectations by other couples, yet room service and additional services were very efficient. The location was stunning with kilometers of untouched nature and a beautiful beach, although the communal area seemed far better than other parts. The dining experience was pleasant, especially enjoying meals with our toes in the sand. The facilities were good, but there were some lapses in service communication regarding room assignments.
I had a fantastic time at the hotel with breathtaking views of the beach and the forest. The rooms were comfortable, but some areas need painting on the outside. The service was really nice and caring, although a bit slow at times. The location was stunning, nestled in a gorgeous tropical environment with beautiful beaches and impressive hills.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious with a huge bathroom, a cozy bedroom, and a lovely balcony featuring two comfortable lounge chairs. Everything I needed to feel at home was right there, just as expected. However, the check-in process was a bit delayed, but the issue was promptly resolved with the help of the general manager.
The hotel provides very comfortable accommodations perfect for beach living, though not lavish. The staff was helpful and nice, but there were instances of unprofessionalism. Located amidst a preservation jungle with a vast white sand beach, the setting is breathtakingly beautiful. The dining offerings featured delicious tapas, but some items fell short of European standards. The facilities were well-maintained overall.
